Hear i am giving the information for selecting job in pharma industry for B.Pharm n M.Pharm completed students and experienced persons. This is my advise only, you can select any field based up on ur choice.
This is the order of selecting the job.
First Dept is -Regulatory affairs
This is the dept dealt with product registrations and maintaining the products manufacturing according to regulations specified by Various regulatory Bodies like, US FDA, WHO, MHRA, ANVISA, ICH, TGA,,,,
Second Dept is -R&D
Formulation R&D, Analytical R&D n more,,,,
Formulation dept dealt with pre formulation studies and development of a product from lab scale to commercial scale and identify the problems in manufacturing and solving.
Third dept is -Validation
Our total system is depends on validation. A little bit of production experience is desirable. those who is good in physics are advisable.
Forth dept is -Quality Assurance
This is dept is said to be head of the industry. In every stage and step this dept is involved. Preparing n Maintaining the Documents for every act, Implement and maintaining the quality in every step.
sub parts in this is IPQA, DOCUMENTATION, QA PROJECTS
Fifth dept is -Quality control
This is dept dealt with testing of raw, packing materials, intermediates and finished product. this testing is start at receiving of materials for manufacturing and end at product release normally. Those who are good in Analytical techniques are preferable.
sub parts in this is WET ANALYSIS, INSTRUMENTATION, STABILITY STUDIES
Sixth dept is- Production
This is the dept is engaged in Manufacturing of products. Every body looking this as least preferable, when u gain good experience in this , you got ` good opportunities. You can learn the BEST PLANING n EXECUTION, MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
PRODUCTION IS VITAL AND ALL OTHER DEPARTMENTS ARE ESSENTIAL.
